Overnight Warehouse Personnel at
Location:Lafayette, LA
Lafayette area distribution warehouse is currently seeking workers for their night shift. Workers needed include Loaders and Order Pullers.
Loaders will work at the dock loading boxes from the conveyor system into trucks, with the assistance of a reach. Boxes weigh 35lbs max. Work involves loading and stacking boxes in the vehicles for the next day’s delivery. Fast paced. When not loading workers will assist with making boxes and general cleaning of the work area. Ideal candidates will have previous loading and unloading experience or other general experience involving loading, moving, or lifting.
Order pullers will work on a line pulling cases or packing boxes based on orders and putting them on the line to be loaded. The company uses a voice pick headset system. Fast paced position on an assembly line. Cases pulled weigh up to 50lbs. Previous order pulling experience needed.
All positions require long periods of standing. Shift are from 5pm – until. The company can work anywhere from 10-15hrs per shift. 4 day work week (Mon – Thurs). Other days may be worked in place of normal schedule when there are holiday closures during the normal work week.
$13/hr
Full time hours with opportunity of overtime.
LOTS OF OVERTIME!
Hours: Mon – Thurs, 5pm – until (until the work is completed)

- Availability to work the shift listed (workers must have flexibility due to the end of the shift varying day to day)
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
