Foundation Repair Workers at
Location:Lafayette, LA
Lafayette area business is currently seeking workers to join their foundation repair crew. Workers will be responsible for digging, moving material with wheelbarrows, unloading tools and materials, assisting with setting up equipment, and other general duties. The position, at times, will require workers to get under homes as needed to assist with the repair process. The crew also does work at the company’s shop on days not in the field. Idea candidate will have a good work ethic, will be self motivated, a team player, and willing to learn as needed. Opportunity to move up within the ranks based on work performance. Company provides company work shirt and hats. The company does do some work out of town at times that require staying out overnight.
$11.50/hr – Temp to Hire
Raises available based on work performance.
Daytime Hours – Mon – Fri, 6:30am – until
Benefits available after permanent hire.
Medical insurance and PTO time available after permanent hire.
Requirements:
- Pre-employment screening
- Verifiable work experience and references
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility due to being needed longer on some days based on the project.
