Install Manager at
Location:Metairie, LA
We are hiring for an Install Manager to plan, staff, schedule and coordinate installs. Experience in the printing or signage industry is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Production Manager, Project Managers, clients, and installers to coordinate install schedules and provide a solution
- Book installers specific to job requirements and maintain internally shared Google installation calendar
- Produce install work estimates for the Project Management and Sales departments
- Provide installers with materials, equipment, detailed instructions, visuals (maps/ mockups/ photos), and on-site contact information for each job
- Ensure quality and accuract of install jobs by inspection and client follow up
- Proactively identify and eliminate potential problems before they arise
- Expand our current pool of installers
- Develop and enforce install policies and procedures
- Maintain or improve upon install margins through proper planning and solid execution
- Calculate total time, labor, mileage, and square footage on completed install job and submit to accounting
- Keep organized records on all jobs (completion photos, costs, important notes, etc.) for future reference
- Rent heavy equipment as needed
- Purchase hardware as needed
